Passed away suddenly with her son and daughter-in-law by her side at the Almonte General Hospital on November 4, 2019.
Vera (nee Leinster)
Formerly of Bangor, Northern Ireland, Kamloops, British Columbia followed by Almonte, Ontario, at the age of 90 years.
Predeceased by her children Mark and Stephen. Survived by her loving son Brian (Karen). Proud grandmother of Steven, Christopher and Ryan (Alex), also great-grandmother of Anna. Close friend of Monica Christian. Donations in memory of Vera may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. A special thanks to the staff from Orchardview by the Mississippi, the paramedics, as well as the staff, nurses and doctors from the Almonte General Hospital for their care and support. A small private Celebration of Vera’s Life will be held at a later date.
