A Note From Josh

For as long as I can remember I have watched my father operate our family business with the utmost integrity and commitment to quality.Inspired by his passion, I decided to follow in his footsteps and become a licensed Funeral Director, graduating in 2002. For next 8 years I continued to hone my funeral service education as a Licensed Funeral Director with The Simple Alternative and the Mount Pleasant Group of Cemetery & Cremation Professionals of Toronto.I have devoted myself to learning all that I could about the Funeral Profession so I could one day return home and and assume responsibility of our family's funeral home,
In 2010 that became a reality.
I realize that I will have some "tough shoes to fill". Armed with Dad's guidance; I commit myself to serving our community with the same honesty and compassion you have come to expect from my father.
My wife Stephanie & I are truly blessed with birth of our son, Aden in 2012. We take great delight in being part of his "growing up" years. Aden is currently enrolled at Holy Name of Mary School in Almonte. He loves school, takes Judo classes and is getting to be a better skater with each lesson. I think his best friends are his pet dogs, "Parker" and "M.J.".

When dealing with people at a very difficult time in their lives, that description, pretty well says it all.
Harold is another local lad who was born and raised on the family farm in Clayton. Harold knows most everyone.
Josh and Reg Gamble and their families have made a point of surrounding themselves with local staff, people the community know and can identify with. People who are comfortable being around friends they have known all their lives.
