Condolence: To Aunt Janice, Drew, Laurie and Tim,
While Uncle Art's body failed him these past 12 years, his spirit shone on. My memories of him include his love and guidance of kids and his children as if he was a big kid himself. I remember him doing cannonballs off the diving board at Nannna & Gampy's cottage at Lac des Pilles with us or taking us on boat cruises around the lake. He was quick to point out sage advice to keep us safe too - he knew about so many things. And he loved to tinker with cars which likely influenced Drew with his career choice. I'd talk accounting with him in later years while at university to get clarity and a real world perspective. And I loved his belly laugh which was as authentic as it gets! I hope heaven has lots of gadgets and gizmos to keep him occupied and happy as his spirit shines on and looks over us.

Condolence: It's been many years but Art and I were both involved with Scouts Canada in the Ottawa Area.
I reconnected with Art as a driver with Purolator when I was working in the Almonte-Middleville Area.
All the memories are good ones.
RIP, Scouter. My condolences to the family with Art's passing.
